How to Submit a Return Request

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click on the order you want to return.
3. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.
4. Select a reason for return and add a note to the store.
5. Click Request a Refund.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Once the product is returned, the refund will be credited to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days.
