As stated in subparagraph (e) of Article 3 of the KVKK; “Any operation performed on personal data, such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data, in whole or in part, by automatic means or non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system” is the processing of personal data.
- 2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
When you visit our website, make a purchase, register for membership or contact us through other methods, we collect and process certain personal data that you provide voluntarily, to the extent necessary and relevant, in light of the purposes and legal reasons explained below.
We would like to point out on this occasion that Beyliss does not process the personal data of those under the age of 18. If you believe that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us using the contact information below.
What your personal data is collected and processed varies depending on the transactions you perform. This data will be processed in accordance with KVKK. The information may generally include the following:

- Article 5 of the KVKK stipulates that personal data cannot be processed without the explicit consent of the relevant person.
- However, it has been stipulated that the processing of personal data of the parties to the contract is possible without the explicit consent of the relevant person, especially in cases where it is clearly provided for by law, it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, it is mandatory for the data controller (Beyliss) to fulfill its legal obligation, data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
- When you become a member of our website or make a purchase; your information such as name, surname, ID or passport number, address, order, payment, return, change, delivery, e-mail and contract date, membership number are processed and stored to the extent necessary for the establishment and execution of the contract, the provision of Beyliss' legitimate interests and the fulfillment of storage obligations arising from the legislation.

In this way, errors can be prevented and your personal data can be kept up-to-date and accurate.
When the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data, which has been processed in line with the purposes specified in this Information and Consent Regarding Your Personal Data, pursuant to Article 7/1 of the KVKK No. 6698, is eliminated and/or the periods specified in the laws, pursuant to Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code, have passed, your personal data will be anonymized and continued to be used by us.
In cases where it is mandatory to obtain permission for personal data, it is possible to give this permission in written form as well as digitally through the website (during membership transactions or purchasing transactions, etc.). On the other hand, after the information and approval text of this permission is sent via SMS or e-mail, it is also possible to open the shared link or share the password with employees and thus give the permission digitally.
Our company may partially/completely destroy (delete, destroy or anonymize) personal information in its possession within the scope of the relevant legislation and in accordance with the personal data storage and destruction policy, and may also carry out these operations within legal limits upon the request of the relevant person.

- 9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal data we process for any purpose or purposes will not be stored for longer than is necessary for that purpose or for those purposes. Beyliss will store your personal data for the duration of your contractual relationship with the Company and, to the extent permitted, after the termination of that relationship, for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy.
For example, Beyliss may retain private information even after account deletion when necessary to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and ensure compliance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data of Visitors who do not have any account will be stored for 6 months to analyze their behavioral activities. For Customers who have not ordered products from the Company, all personal data will be deleted 12 months after your account deletion request is approved in order to analyze Customer activities and improve our Websites and products.
Our data deletion policy for Customers who have ordered any product from Beyliss is as follows: Order processing information will be stored by Beyliss for 10 years or until the closure of the tax audit, whichever comes next. Other Personal Data will be deleted within 12 months after confirmation of deletion of your account.
