- Can I return / exchange the products I bought from beyliss.com?
You can send us the products you want to return or exchange within 14 days. The products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, have the label on them, their packaging must be intact, their accessories, if any, must be complete and in a condition that can be offered for resale. Invitation dresses, earrings, pajamas, swimsuits, underwear and clothes that have been altered as you request will not be accepted for return and will not be exchanged.
- Can I exchange and return the products I bought from beyliss.com in-store?
You can exchange the products you purchased from beyliss.com at any Beyliss Store.
- When will I be refunded for the product I returned?
After the products you return reach us, we check whether they are suitable for return. If your product is suitable for return, for purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be made within 10 days and the reflection of the return fee to your card is related to your bank's own internal processes. For purchases made with EFT/Bank Transfer, if the product is suitable for return, the refund will be made on the next business day at the latest and the reflection of the return fee to your account is related to your bank's own internal processes.
- Can I cancel my orders before they are shipped?
You can cancel your orders before they are shipped by contacting us via destek@beyliss.com.tr .
- To which address should I send the products I want to return?

- Are I responsible for return shipping costs?
If you contact us before sending the returned and exchanged products, we will send you the Yurtiçi Kargo Beyliss Company Code, which you can use for free shipping. For shipments made by Yurtiçi Kargo without using the Beyliss Company Code, you will not be paid, refunded or discounted for this fee. When you send with a company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee belongs to the sender.
- How can I track my shipment?
If you are a member, you can get information about the shipment status of your order and view your previous orders from the My Orders tab in the My Account area. If you are not a member, you can track your order from here .
- Where can I find my tracking number?
Cargo tracking will be sent to you via E-mail and SMS when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your order tracking number within 3 business days, we kindly ask you to contact us.
- What are the payment options?
You can pay via credit cards and Money Order/EFT.
Installment options are available with Axess, World, Maximum, Cardfinans, Paraf, Bonuscard, Bankkart credit cards.
