DELIVERY CONDITIONS

 

We deliver the products you purchase to the cargo company within 1-3 business days. After you deliver your order to the cargo company, the cargo tracking number is sent to you via e-mail or SMS. You can also access your cargo tracking number from the order tracking section.

In case of legally determined force majeure reasons, such as the recipient moving from the address or the person to whom the shipment is to be delivered not being present at the address, the delivery time and conditions may vary.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

You can send us the products you want to return or exchange within 14 days. The products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, have the label on them, their packaging must be intact, their accessories, if any, must be complete and in a condition that they can be offered for resale. You must complete your return or exchange by filling out the form on the back of the delivery note included in the shipment. If there is no form on the delivery note, you must write the code or barcode of the product you want to return or exchange on the back of the delivery note and include it in your shipment. You must also include a printout of the e-invoice you received in your shipment.

Invitation dresses, jewelry and clothes that have been altered as requested cannot be returned or exchanged.

When the product requested to be returned reaches us, after the inspection to be carried out by our authorized personnel, if the product is suitable for return, the product price will be deposited to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days at the latest.

When the product requested to be exchanged reaches us, after the examination by our authorized personnel, if the product is suitable for exchange, the new product will be sent to you within 3 business days at the latest.

If the return and exchange conditions of the products you purchased online are met, you can also go to our stores with a delivery note and invoice printout and complete your transaction.
